WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
- Our products are legally considered to be spare parts, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. In addition to the lack of fully protected housing, the manual dexterity of the engineer during the assembly and development process, the possibility of being charged with static electricity, they are very prone to errors by the user, as they are offered for sale in an open circuit or with connections that are prone to contact, and therefore our products are only guaranteed for first-time operation.

OUR SHIPPING FEE POLICY
- We include the shipping fee in our customers’ invoices at the payment stage. We don’t yet have the free shipping offered by some stores with high sales volume and the discounts available to them by their operational intensity. In line with our discount rate available to us in our agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo, we offer the most affordable shipping fee possible.
- In the sales of these brands that we distribute, shipping fees are reflected to the customer as an additional cost. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION AND PRICING OF PRODUCTS
- We try to keep our products as close as possible to the list prices they originate from, but it is impossible to sell them at the same price in line with tax, logistics and customs clearance costs. Please note that these products are patented and only produced by the manufacturers. They are not products of Far Eastern origin produced by different factories that are widely sold and supplied over the Internet.
- Brand manufacturers can make marketing campaigns limited by the number of products in order to deplete their stocks by making periodic discounts, while the costs of the products we sell from stock prevent us from making discounts at the same rate. As a distributor, we try to offer these products to the Turkish market as affordable as possible and we price them with full transparency with the brand owner companies.
